1979 Jeep Golden Eagle V8

This 1979 Jeep CJ7 Golden Eagle Levi Edition was purchased from the original owner. It was bought new in 1979 from the Cal Worthington AMC dealership in Downey, California. It retains most of its original Metallic Mocha Brown paint with Golden Eagle Decals, Date Code Golden Eagle Wheels with Black pinstripe. Has the factory hardtop with Gold Eagle Bronze Glass Stampings. This was a factory 304, but the owner replaced it with a more powerful, reliable 350ci engine with fuel injection, and automatic transmission with overdrive so it cruises at 80mph with ease. It was very nicely and cleanly done. This CJ7 has factory tilt, power steering, power brakes, original golden eagle dash and the original rear Levi jeep seat with buttons.

The floors and body on this jeep are in very solid original condition. All the gauges, lights, tach, clock, work, and has a flip up touch screen stereo with speaks that sounds good. Under the hood you’ll find a high end air compressor, tank, and air hose attachment. The sunroof is in excellent condition and does not leak. There is a brand new low back bucket seats from BestTop for a more original factory look. Can include the high back in as well.

This jeep is the perfect summer cruiser or off road explorer. These are the rarest of the jeeps and are highly sought after. This one is in very good condition. Oh, has the Spice colored bikini top as well.
