1979 Jeep CJ 5, runs great, power steering, new wheels and tires, 304 V8

1979 Jeep CJ Additional Info:

This Jeep is sound and reliable. It runs better than new in my opinion. It has more power than you will ever need. I bought it for my son but changed my mind as it is just too much for a new driver. I don't have a top or door for it. It has been inspected recently and is street legal. It sits on 4 new 33 BFG"s and chrome wheels. It has a matching tire and wheel on the spare. So your getting 5 brand new wheels and tires. It has proven to be very reliable. It starts up in cold weather without a problem. The engine was rebuilt about 10 miles ago and runs STRONG. The previous owner did the build, so I don't have any paperwork on it. The transmission shifts effortlessly, it has a minor leak from the power steering but that's it. The body is in good condition, with a few rust spots on the hood and fenders and some small dents on the fender. The fourwheel drive was recently serviced, the mechanic said that it could use some front u joints, but I very rarely use four wheel drive so I didn't replace the u joint. It has a vintage WARN winch which was made exclusively for Jeep. Its an 8000lb winch that will literally pull this Jeep up a tree. The seats are in near perfect condition with no rips or tears anywhere. The heater does not work, but all other gauges etc work fine. Windshield wipers work, lights, blinkers etc all work fine.It has a small crack in the dash that is visible in the pictures. Buyer is responsible for shipping. I have the title in hand
