84 CJ 7 FRAME OFF RESTORATION PROJECT

1984 Jeep CJ Additional Info:

Jeep project frame off.Frame repaired tapped holes recovered, and new rear cross member. Inside of frame HP washed then primed and painted. Exterior sand blasted and bed liner coated.Other items:

Dana 30 Front Differential new bearings rebuilt by Pyle Brothers

New Locking Hubs

AMC 20 Rear Differential new bearings, one piece axles rebuilt by Pyle Brothers

Dana 300 Transfer Case w/new bearings converted to twin stick

5 spd trans rebuilt/new bearings and synchronizer rings, new clutch, TO brg, clutch linkage

Engine rebuilt W/machine work by Jack’s: new rod and main brgs., pistons, rings, lifters, oil pump and timing set

New water pump, alternator, starter, power steering pump

New body tub and front fenders by Willys Overland Motors, new body mounting bushings

Stainless Steel brake and fuel lines, new brake calipers, pads, rear shoes, emergency brake cables

New gas tank and skid plate bed liner coated

New steering gear box

GM fuel injection conversion complete with high pressure fuel pump, ECU, sensors, injectors, wiring harness, ECU controlled distributor by Affordable Fuel Injection

Doors, hood, front grill, tail gate steering column, pedals, emergency brake pedal in very good condition– seats in fair condition
