1985 Jeep CJ RENEGADE Additional Info:

Selling my 1985 CJ-7 renegade with a late production paint code AJ medium blue..1986 was the only year listed for this paint code..This jeep has a very clean auto check and carfax reports...As it should as i bought it from the original owner who bought it new in 1985...This is a good looking patina jeep as the paint still show very well...The previous owner replace the engine about 20,000 miles ago with a jasper engine...He could not find the paperwork to verify it but the shop that did the work put the 2 stickers with numbers on the inside glove box for reference..The jeep was bought new in California and has the 1 serpentine belt instead of the 2 v-belts..If you are looking for a rot free jeep from California this would be it! The jeep runs great down the freeway with no issues and idles without stalling when at stop lights..All gauges,wipers,4wd and heater work as they should..The inside lights do not work and not sure if its the dimmer switch or fuse...It has the 20 gallon fuel tank,5 speed tranny and the amc 20 rear end..It has 2 newer tires and the other 2 are in decent shape...All the glass looks good...The right door does not open from the outside when you have the doors on..I have a complete soft top if the winning bidder would like it also...The jeep still retains the original seats and are in great shape...The drivers seat has a little wear but still looks good..If you like anymore pictures or have any questions please ask....The jeep is located in Denver Colorado..If you are local please stop and take a look..The jeep can be driven home or you can have it shipped...I can pick anyone up from the airport if needed...The jeep has no warranty and it is 33 years old and it is not a new wrangler.If you have under 10 feedback please email before bidding.I have the jeep for sale local and the auction could end.Jeep season is taking off and this is great time to buy one and enjoy the summer!!
