1953 station wagon, almost a barn find. exported to France from Morocco in the late 90's has been sitting there in an underground parking since then.
It belonged to the American Legation in Tangier. Spent all his life between the city and the desert. We have some picture of hunting parties with the ambassador back then, and some other info on the history of the car. It's a nice piece of memorabilia of the US presence in the middle east.
The car itself: engine is running (mileage has to be confirmed), frame is rock hard, electrics :everything is working. All original seats are there and in rather good condition. the down side is the body, front and engine bay are alright. Main issue is the window sills and trunk lid as well as the floor pan driver side. All in all it's a good project car.
