This is an 1988 Hess&Eisenhardt Convertible good for restoration project or parts. (CLEAN TITLE) Its missing everything from top of engine. It ran and drove before I took everything off. Good 5.3 v12 and 3 speed TH400 shifted good when car still ran. Was getting ready to do a carb conversion but ran into financial issues
