1969 Jaguar E-Type Additional Info:

This is a fully restored 1969 Jaguar E-Type body tub and lots of parts. This started as a 41,000 mile car that received only outer sills. Floors are original and solid. The doors were re skinned. The car was painted Signal Red. There is no engine or transmission. The rear suspension unit was fully restored and rebuilt with performance upgrades by Classic Jaguar in Austin Texas. It is ready to install in the body. The front suspension components have been correctly plated (not painted) and are ready to be installed. Included in this package: Brand new G.W. Bartlett black leather seat kits, black interior carpet and upholstery kit, rubber seal kit, tan trunk kit. New fuel tank, new down pipes and mufflers, steering column with original wheel, steering rack, torsion bars. Some bumper parts, lots of small chrome trim, door glass, dash boards with all gauges but the clock, heater pipes behind the dash have been replaced. Also included: original fuel pump, heater box with fan, original radiator with fans, front brake calipers, one original seat, original convertible top with frame, NOS Amco black convertible top still in box. New upholstered dash top. Many new and original parts. This car has the original VIN plate with a clean NJ title. Keep in mind, the paint was done 15 years ago and may need some minor touch ups, but all in all is beautiful. This is a great car for the right person. It would be ideal for someone with a rusty donor car, or for someone wanting to change a coupe or a 2+2 to a much more valuable roadster. How about an electric conversion?? The reserve is set very low considering all that is included. Local pick up would be preferred, but I will gladly assist the buyer to ship the car and parts.
