1989 Jaguar XJ-Series XJS Additional Info:
I bought this on eBay on Christmas Day 2005 for $6500. I figured this high-end 12 cylinder convertible jag from California was at the market bottom and going to turn around. It never has, yet. I had it shipped to Virgina and going for state inspection I dumped $4500 to redo the IRS rear end and brakes. In addition it has new front rotors & pads, new adjustable shocks all around and a new top. The tires have less than 1K miles on them. The car has no issues and absolutely no rust. I am thinning out my cars in advance of retirement and this is the first to go. Note that the reserve price is $5500 which means there is no reserve past the starting bid.
