Let me tell you about owning this car.
It is unlike any other car I've ever had.
It's beautiful. It's fun to drive. Lots of cars are beautiful and fun to drive. But this one -
This one turns heads like nothing I've ever seen. I mean, I have never been a crane-your-neck, check-him/her-out gorgeous person, but driving this car, you get a pretty good understanding of what that's like. Kids love it. Adults love it. People offer compliments (and, at least once, an unsolicited phone number) just because you're driving it.
It's time for me to part with it. Now you can have all the fun.
This XJS has a smooth in-line 6-cylinder engine and automatic transmission and has been well cared for, with great paint and the original roof, so it should treat you well for many miles to come. All major systems work and are in good shape, with new shocks, spark plugs, and other recent overhaul benefits. (There is a problem with the fuel gauge, which I amtold is a fairly simple repair.) Freshly detailed, tires are good, all fluids well maintained.
