I have owned and driven this beautiful 1964, Series 1, XKE Roadster since 1980. It is a thrill to drive and has no rust. The total mileage is 65,238 and has 372 miles since engine rebuild. Along with the engine work a number of upgrades have been added: new fuel pump, new alternator (no Lucas parts) later model 4 speed full synchro transmission (very smooth), new aluminum radiator with electric (fan-runs cool), MSD ( 6AL) ignition, chrome headers, and Dayton Stainless steel wire wheels with Michelin tires.
