1960 Jaguar MK2 Additional Info:

A nice complete project car, 1960 Jaguar MK2 3.8L . Runs and drives. Needs brake work to be safe. This MK2 was parked several years ago by the original owner. It has rust in the left rocker panel underneath the doors and the rocker panel needs to be replaced. The drivers floorboard is rusted thru and will need to be replaced. The right rocker panel has some rust also. The spare tire sump is rusted and the fuel tank has rust (new old stock fuel tank included free of charge). The tires have excellent tread. The engine runs great and the transmission shifts nicely. Shift lever on column needs adjusting for reverse. All gauges and instruments work. Starts right up. All interior bits and pieces and all chrome is included. I have the trim for the windshield and rear window and it is included. The seat springs/frames are excellent and the leather is dry and cracked. Seat adjusters work freely. All glass and window chrome is excellent. All exterior trim is there and good/excellent shape. I have over a hundred pictures, ask and I can email whatever view you desire. The SU carburetors are cleaned with new kits installed. Again, this car runs great. It does need exhaust/mufflers/tailpipes since the pipes stop just below the drivers . Please ask any questions, I want you pleased with your purchase. No reason to hide any condition issues, this car does have rust in the floors because it was left outside for long period. I will provide current license plate registration and bill of sale to buyer. NOTE: Alabama DOES NOT provide titles for cars prior to 1974, so NO title has existed for this car. With current Alabama tag registration, buyer WILL be able to obtain title in his/her state of residence. Ebay requires a Title, Alabama DOES NOT provide Titles for pre-74 cars. I will provide what you need to obtain a title. I can deliver for a reasonable fee to your location, or buyer may arrange pickup and I will assist with loading.
