1989 Isuzu Trooper Additional Info:

Hi. You are looking at a true survivor, classic 80s import. I will try to be as through as possible, but please feel free to ask any questions. I bought this Trooper about two years ago from the second owner in Georgia with the intention of getting it back on the road as a fun driver. Unfortunately my circumstances have changed and I need to move it along. Prior to me buying it the Trooper spent the past 26 years covered and in a barn. It had been sidelined due to a bad head gasket. I have since replaced the head gasket along with a bunch of other parts (listed below) and got it running. Its not running great but it runs, needs tune up, plugs, wires, cap, rotor etc. I just didn't get to that stuff yet. Once I got it running my plan was to do all the other work before using it. I should note that all the piston rings were stuck from all the years of sitting. I soaked them with Seafoam etc while i did the other work. They have all loosened up well except number two cylinder which has only about 40 psi compression. This should clear up with some use. As stated it runs, just doesn't idle well. Condition overall is amazing! No body rust or rot. No frame rust or rot, just surface spots. Drivers side passenger door has a dent below the side trim. It was pulled out a little but it's not perfect. Other than that it is arrow straight. You won't find a cleaner example of a classic import. Interior is a 9 out of 10, could use a new carpet and has a crease in the drivers outside bolster, and a few small cracks in the dash vinyl up by the defroster vents.

Also include will be the old rear calipers, head, upper intake, lower intake, throttle body, all of which the previous owner got incase he needed it. I'm sure there are a few more parts and I will include them as well.
Please keep in mind that this is a 35+ year old vehicle. The starting bid reflect the amazing condition of such an old vehicle.
Again, please feel free to ask any questions.
