RARE piece of Navy history. 1963 International Harvester R-1856, delivered new to the US NAVY as a 750 GPM fire pumper built by General Safety Equipment Corp. Original Navy door stencil still visible (US NAVY 73-01729) and it carries BOTH original data plates — the IH firewall plate and the brass Navy Department "TRUCK, FIREFIGHTING" plaque. Paper trail you can actually verify.
Converted to a tandem-axle dump truck years ago.

Sold by a licensed CA dealer — clean paperwork, no title games.
Would make an awesome shop truck revival, military vehicle restoration, or brewery/ranch display piece. These R-series Binders are getting hard to find with documented history — the brass Navy plaque alone is worth the drive.
