1964 International Harvester C900 Additional Info:
Here is a RARE International Harvester C 900 for sale. It has the 152/4 cylinder motor and 3 speed floor shift transmission. I have owned this truck for the past 8 years and have painstakingly kept it in it's original condition as possible. To my knowledge this truck is about as stock as any out there, it has not been modified, chopped, cut, big-motored, hot rodded, lowered, bagged, etc.... you get what I'm saying. The rear bumper, tail lights, wheels/tires, air filter are not original to the truck. The seat belts are from a 1966 IH truck ( I installed them to have something). The truck came from the factory ( see line set ticket) as white in color. Sometimes in it's 56 year old life someone painted it the current color, red. I have strong suspicion that occurred MANY years ago. PLEASE READ: This truck is by no means a show queen, it has plenty of bumps, bruises and minimal rust for it's age. However, it does start, run, drive down the road at a breathtaking speed of about 55 in 3rd gear. I currently have plates and insurance on it just as I have the entire time I've owned it. I try to drive it at least ever week or so to keep it exercised. VERY IMPORTANT- Included in this sale is a spare motor, transmission and 5 OEM wheels..... I have never used them, when I first bought this truck and realized how RARE IH parts were, I bought them to have spare parts in case needed. Additional information you need to know, the gas tank has small pin holes in the top, at some point a new tank will be needed. The floor pans have small rust holes but overall still very strong. Odometer reading is 75001.8, the SAME reading as when I bought the truck as there is no cable. The logo you see on the side doors is are vinyl stickers. Underneath them is where someone painted "Pop's Garage" before I owned the truck. I had the stickers made to cover it up instead of trying to remove the paint. This truck has been garage kept since I have owned it and by the overall condition I feel like it has at least been under some type of cover for most of its life.Any license plates, decorative items, etc that may be visible in pictures are not part of the sale. Please feel free to ask me questions about this truck.
