ALL other Scouts on Ebay right now have a high reserve price or a ridiculously high buy it now price. Not this one. If you are the highest bidder you own the Truck.
Be the only one in your city to own a rare classic like this. Everyone looks at this car everywhere I take it. hardly anyone even knows what it is. This is truly one of a kind 1963 International scout 80 Let’s face it. Nobody wants to see ANOTHER Jeep, I promise you NO ONE will be driving a truck like this one. This truck has the original 152 engine original manual transmission with the cool dual stick transfer case. This Scout was produced in 1963 and was only the 3rd year the scout was ever made and has the fold down windshield. That was 57 years ago. Imagine how few of these are still around and still driving on the road. Have you ever seen one at a stoplight?
This Truck came from the sandy New Mexicoand had very little rust. There are two spots about a 2 x 4 inch on the drivers floor and a 5x5 inch on the passenger floor. The spots were cut out and new sheet metal was welded in place. The New Mexicodesertwas kind to this old girl. I have had this car for a little over a year and the clear Title is in my possession. All the gears work on the transmission and Hi/low front rear gear engage on the transfer case works.Odometer is showing56172 miles. I could not tell you if they are original miles. This car starts easily. runs, drives and stops with great response and pep for a 57 year old scout. I’ve driven many scouts and the brakes on this scout are very good. The Interior has brand new bucket seats not just covers but brand new seats!
This is a CONVERTIBLE TRUCK !! The steel cab top comes off completely.
This car could be a great daily driver. All the lights work, turn signal marker lights, horn, brake lights, bright and dim headlights lights all work. Oil pressure light and alternator light all work and shut off when the car is started indicating both are working properly. The engine temp gauge works as well and so does the horn. The last pic is of the now Correct horn button found just today. The horn button honks the horn correctly now.

This is not a show car, it has some imperfections in the paint, possible blemishes, dings and may need final tuning to get it to the way you like it.The car is almost 60 years old it will not drive, or look like a new Honda. I have driven it about 10 miles down the street and to the gas station several times to test things out. People are always asking me about it and it is super fun to be in the driver’s seat with the top off and the wind in your hair.
