1962 International Harvester Scout Additional Info:
1962 International Scout 4x4 project. Lost interest - needs to be finished. Has swapped in 350 Chevy LT1 small block, fuel injected, has Painless Wiring Swap harness installed, TH400 GM auto transmission, I believe it's a Dana 300 transfer case, has an Advance Adapters adapter. All of the work done by a prior owner. Runs, drives enough to get on a trailer or around a property, brakes kind of work. Has aluminum radiator (new) aftermarket seats, was originally going to be top less full time so the window internals have been removed from the doors but some parts are included see photos, top kind of fits and is bolted down. The Scout needs finish work: radiator mounted, brakes done or axles swapped to modern ones, better fuel system, passenger seat mounted, wiring and ECU mounted, trans cover finished, needs a shifter, has a trans fluid leak, headlight and brake light wiring etc. Has decent 32x11.50x15 BFG All Terrains, home made swing out tire carrier, five matching wheels. Lots of dents all over the boddy, has some bondo in the body covering up dents from the last time it was cleaned up, then more dents on top of those, this was going to be a rock crawler off road rig and shows. Paint is not good but looks OK from far away, could use a better condition hood etc, again lots of dents all over the body, old weatherstrip on the windows needs replaced, etc. Clean signed notarized AZ Title. Good gauges installed.
