1969 IH International Scout 800

1969 International Harvester Scout Additional Info:

This is a nice original Scout 800 that has not been changed or modified very much at all.
- AMC 232 6cyl engine with rare Borg Warner Auto Transmission
- Very clean body especially for the east coast.
- Very clean and original interior
- The Scout was running and driving on an auxillary gas can around our parking lot. Mechanically it should be gone through before it is considered roadworthy.
- Battery tray area has rust from sitting unused for a number of years with a battery in the area. Passenger lower quarter has bubbling paint. Hard top has rust at the front leading edge.
- There arent many Scouts in this condition on the east coast. This one was exceptionally clean but has not been on the road since approximately 2003 and has been stored outside since. This will make someone and excellent driver or project with relatively little mechanical work needed to make it roadworthy.
