Attention all you crazy Binder enthusiasts out there...Feast your eyes and take some time to digest exactly how special this all original truck truly is!
This All American Classic was rescued from the dry desert western region. This 1 owner truck was purchased from the grandson whose grandfather was the original owner and purchased the truck new. Bitchin 1200D trucks just don't come up for auction very often and when they do they are 2WD or complete rust buckets. This true 4x4 truck is virtually rust free and is super solid. Mother Nature created her one of a kind patina with barely a ding or dent on her perfect sides. The only visible rust are a few bubbles on the hood nose….otherwise the truck is very solid-see the pics of the lower rocker and door sills. The tailgate has a broken hinge on one side but a DIY'er can spot weld it and can be repaired easily and original tailgate comes with the truck. The underside is as solid as the top side. This bad boy's big 345 starts on point and runs simply amazing...like it should! No smoke or funny valve train noises and is so quiet that it’s hard to hear it running at all. Fresh tune up and runs like a fine watch. The odometer shows 5894 but pretty sure its rolled over...The manual 4 speed works perfect with its granny 1st gear. Bullet proof Dana's. The interior is all original and currently has a cover on it due to the seat needing to be reupholstered. The back of the seat is perfect but the seat is pretty weathered. All gauges and lights work great with the additions of aftermarket gauges. See the pic showing excellent oil pressure, low operating temp and perfect charging voltage. The vinyl flooring still has the "IH" logo on it. The glass is perfect. The only flaw inside is the dash pad is cracked and weathered.
The 5 tires are brand new Big O AT’s (LT235/85R16) in great shape but bigger off-road tires would make the truck a lot more aggressive. The brakes are perfect with great stopping power.
I would not hesitate to drive this truck cross country in a hot minute...it's that great of a truck! Show those Ford/Chevy & Dodge boys how a real truck is supposed to be built! Title is clean and ready to go.
BEING SOLD AT **NO RESERVE**
Don't let this one get away...someone is gonna get a great truck! Try to find another similar optioned IH truck...you won't!
