1956 ih shorty s120 metro van, clean texas title, great shape with an awesome patina. This truck was a mobile repair unit from 1956 to 1963 when it was decommissioned and has sat untouched every since. Truck will run with a hot battery an gas, has the original strait 6 cylinder engine with manual transmission, the valve cover has a small rust hole in it an will need patched or replaced, I'm sure most of the rubber lines will need replaced, along with brakes rebuilt, all tires hold air an truck rolls an steers easily, doors slide open an close easily, one of the rear doors has a dent in it as seen in pictures. Very solid metro with very little rust, floors an steps are solid, there are a couple small spots on body line under windshield as seen in pictures (very common spot on metros). You don't see a lot of these trucks, an the possibilities when building one are endless, this would make an awesome truck to build leaving the exterior as it is an saving the original patina look.
