Offered for sal, 1978 rare International Scout Traveler(the big one) restored and any surface rust replaced prior to paint. The restoration has new 3 core radiator, all new brakes front and rear( everything), New wheel mags, new 34" tires new Warn Hubs, front and rear Dana 44 axles service, gas tank and lines work and replaced any faulty nuts bolts. New batter, windshiels, wipers, brake booster and master cylinder, new wiring, radio, roll cage, spot lights. all service done by specialist scouts, new rough country 4,5" lift kit and heavy duty shocks, all hoses replaced, sparkplugs oil fluids flushed, no rust..car was kept in garage 20 years until restoration last year 90%. The interior has minor work done but to complete will need minor restoration. bikinitop and channel... removed top(included with sale), very heavy. Thetruck has had all work done and motor has all solid compression on each cylinder . The smog and registration are CA current(Augustn2018)..which cost over $1000 to get compliant. Truck shows $13000-low end-$30,000 high end restoration... selling just bought RV. Brand new white CA plates delivered with all paperwork upon sale.
Come get the 1 scout on the block that will give you whiplash..its a very rare survivor, collector...traveller is the the first SUV ever made and sports 118" wheelbase...it is amazing part of history. All emblems are there. Paint was specialist vintage custom job $3000.
