Hello up for sale is my beautiful 1978 International Scout Terra. This Terra is in fantastic shape, very original truck restored nicely. Very strong 345 V-8 with good compression, no smoking or burning of oil. The automatic transmission work works great with fully functional 4x4 transfer case and automatic locking front hubs. It is a California truck that's completely rust free. It was sold originally by a Dealer located in Visalia Ca. All numbers matching powertrain and all the body panels are original with no rust. This Terra Scouts has been repainted green/white decided to use a more modern green color called "Commando Green" which is a 2016 Jeep paint code. The interior has been redone in plaid with a factory look. Done in plaid with brown vinyl. The Truck is a factory AC truck, all the AC components are on the truck, AC turns on but doesn't blow cold. The Terra is in great shape runs and drives nicely. The V-8 and automatic are the a great combo. With power steering and front disc brakes. I'm not sure of the exact mileage because it's a 5-digit odometer but currently reads 60k. This truck is rust free and ready for the beach, hunting or just daily driving. All the weatherstrippings are new and in great shape. The chrome on the truck has been re-chromed in triple plating. All the windows were removed and resealed during the painting process with a new front windshield. The 31/10.5/15, M/T tires are in good shape with approx. 95% tread left on them. Polished stock 15" wheels. The truck was recently smogged and I have the clear Ca title in hand ready to go. Hopefully this Truck shows you viewers just how nice it is.
