1971 International Harvester travelall Additional Info:
I have for sale a 1971 2 wheel drive travelall. Very Nice patina, very few dents, not much rust, mostly all just surface scale. I was going to flat clear it, use some Mexican blankets on the seats and drive it, but I just have no time with other projects. I would like to pass this along to someone that will give it a good home. Originally a Texas vehicle, and then went to Kansas where it hauled boy scouts around to campsites. Would not take much to be road ready.. has a strong 345 5 speed. floors are solid as well as the roof and the outside. It has cruise and a/c, not sure if either of those work. I meant really your driving a 71 travelall you probably don't need those sissy options anyway. Runs and lot drives good. it has a little bit of a sticky clutch cable from years of sitting, it will need tires. Could use a tune up, A run through and the interior cleaned out. there is almost an entire front suspension kit new in boxes inside and some other misc. items. For any more info or more pictures message me and I will get them to you. This is not your wife's crossover, This is a mans suv, meant to pull and haul a football team of kids or an entire troop of boy scouts to camp, to haul loads of supplies and do work like vehicles were meant to. it has character it has grit, scuffs, scratches, dings and surface rust. if you cant handle that then get back in your Prius and move along. But if you want a vehicle that will let everyone know that a real man is pulling in the parking lot, most likely with an epic beard and a flannel shirt and bibs. Then this is the rig for you. No SCAMMERS, NO BS, If you do not have the funds to pay do not bid. Only selling to someone in the us, I don't care if your out of town on an oil rig, out of the country, or at your dog's funeral. unless your coming to pick this up in person do not bid on it.
