1991 Infiniti M30 Convertible Additional Info:
Up for sale today, a 1991 Infiniti M30 convertible. ***Make an offer, bring a trailer and take it home! Must sell!***
Car has not been regularly driven in two years and will need work to be drive-able again.I am listing the faults below:
Engine runs but sometimes drops down into a rough idle and will sputter a bit while accelerating. It does not do it all the time but I wouldn't drive it far because of that. It does have old gas in it, and will need a tune up no doubt.
Transmission shifts firmly from 1-2 but otherwise fine, no slipping.
There is a vibration / shimmy above 40 mph. Tires are old and could be the issue or something more.
Exhaust rattles at idle.
Cosmetically it’s not perfect by any means. The rockers and fenders have moderate rust-through. Also see some rust around the windshield frame.
The dash has cracks, covered with carpet. Lower driver’s seat has been recovered and doesn’t match 100%.
Top is a bit saggy between the supports, but doesn’t seem to leak.
A stick fell and broke off the power antenna. Body has dings and scratches. Bumpers have scuffs. Hood doesn't stay up.Carpet has some wear.
Mileage is assumed to be actual.Aftermarket radio does work but the display goes in and out from a loose faceplate.
Power windows and locks work, but drivers side window switch could stand to be replaced.
Top goes up and down fine.
A/C and heat work. A/C is pretty cool, but not ice cold. Could be recharged but I think itsstill R12 currently.
All lights work. No check engine or warning lights on.
Wipers work but washer motor not working.
Battery drains if sitting more than a few days.
Car has a trailer hitch that would be good for pulling a small boat, jet ski or utility trailer.
This is a project car but shouldn't take too much time or money to get the mechanicals up to par. Cosmetically it will need a repaint and rust repair.
You are more than welcome to come view and drive the car most any time. Again, make an offer and bring a trailer. I would not drive it home!
It is being sold AS-IS, where IS. CASH or Cashier’s Check payment.Car is located in Southeastern Wisconsin, Racine county.
