Hello All,
Here is my 1993 Honda EX that has been cared for since new. I am the third owner of this car. Recently was bought from a neighbor which owned since brand new with another family member owning it. (So it stayed in the family). Car was recently swapped to a JDM F22B DOHC motor (pulled from a 80,535 km car in Japan) (original motor died).
Car does hold a clean tittle, however it was involved in minor fender bender. Front hood has a small dent as shown. Car still has all original panels. All lights work including the LED on the spoiler. All interior lights light up. all windows work and sunroof as well.
The Good:1. Car has original factory alarm still installed but its not working (not sure if it was disconnected)2. Will come with original keys as shown and alarm FOBs.3. Brand new tires4. Fresh oil change.5. Brand new gas tank and fuel pump + fuel filter.6. Oil changed.7. Original Car seat covers ( The seats look brand new underneath. (This car was protected really well).8. Drives really well. (especially on the highway).9. Original Alloy wheels with center caps.10. Tittle is clean and ready to be transferred to the new owner.
Few things to point out about the car that might need to be addressed.
1. original owner re-painted the car (which is not the greatest)2. small rust spot at the upper rear quarter by the window as shown.3. transmission shows to be shifting at a bit higher RPM than normal. (I was told it could be the solenoids going bad).4. AC works just needs freon. compressor turns on and all.5. When car is cold, RPM drops low and shuts down (But other than that it starts right up and stays on).6. I will also include the original TAPE deck radio. (currently has an aftermarket head unit).
