NOTE: THE ACCORD WILL NEED THE BRAKES LOOKED AT AS THEY GO TO THE FLOOR SOME OF THE TIME. THE CAR IS BEING SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO IMPLIES WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES.NOTE: THE ACCORD HAS THE SINGLE SIDE MIRROR ON THE DRIVERS SIDE WHICH IS HOW THEY CAME A LOT. IT ALSO HAS A 5-DIGIT ODOMETER… SO I’M NMOT SURFE IF IT HAS OVER 100,000 OR 200,000 MILES. I WOULD PLAN ON OVER 200,000 MILES JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE.You are looking at a USED AND VINTAGE"1977 HONDA ACCORD! This Honda Accoird is a RARE find!!! I have been traveling up and down I-5 for two decades and NEVER seen one of these babies on the road! I have seen Preludes, Civics, and other Accords of newer years - but never this style, NEVER. I have driven this one down to Seattle and had people give me thumbs up with smiles. It’s a car of the past! It’s a CLASSIC (for a Honda)! This car was purchased (by me) in San Jose California approx. 6-7 years ago. I believe there were two owners before me. I also believe it has the original drive train in it - not 100% sure, but believe it is. We drove this Honda from California to Washington State at that time, with no issues. I have had it safely stored since then. I don’t drive it down to Seattle anymore because my wife says that there are NO safety features (like airbags, etc) in the car and she prefers I drive something that is safer. I also get tailgated in this car because of the size, I believe. I really don’t like getting tailgating especially with bright lights going through the back glass and blinding me. So, that is why I’m selling it.Now… The car has had the seats redone. The dashboard has cracks like pretty much all of this Honda style and years. That’s just what happened to them. Everything seems to work good, except the brakes go down to the floor - and need to be pumped up to stop. It does seem to fix itself, usually, after driving a bit. Not sure what needs to be done and am NOT going to fix it. So, I’m selling this Honda Accord with this defect! The tires were replaced by me, from Les Schwab just after I bought it. There are hardly any miles on them - but they do have an expiration date, as all tires do, so not sure when they will need to be replaced. Remember, I don’t drive it - it has just been sitting hoping to find an owner that runs it!I’m going to throw in extra parts with the purchase of the car. That will include an extra engine and transmission. The extra engine ran when removed, but not sure how well. I would plan on rebuilding it if you want a good running back up engine. The extra transmission ran good when removed. I also have extra parts for almost everything to this car. I will be throwing in some of those to a full price purchase of the car. There are no problems with the electrical, heat, fuel, etc systems. It starts up and runs nice. I will be buying a new battery for it before it leaves our property. One section of the front drivers side panel has been worked on and shows a different color - so, I would recommend planning on painting her. Also, It is pretty darn straight and I don’t think there is any rust to speak of.Details:
