1988 honda crx dx, one owner, extensive records, no rust

1988 Honda CRX Additional Info:

This is my 1988 Honda CRX DX. I just bought it from the family of the original owners. They were an elderly couple (they weren't elderly in 1988) and I got it from their daughter. It absolutely kills me to put it up for sale. So yes, why am I selling it? Turns out I'm going to be traveling pretty much all of 2024 and it would just wind up sitting and wasting away. I'd rather it go to someone who will use it (if it doesn't sell, I very well might store it).
As you can see, the car has been well used. The body has bumps and bruises and the seats are worn. However, the car has two huge things going for it. First, it's rust free. Seriously. Second, the owners were meticulous in keeping it mechanically sound. I have a huge stack of paperwork dating back to the original bill of sale from 1988. It has had a ton of upkeep. Clutch is almost new, master cylinder, mounts, tires, water pump, on and on and on.
It fires up immediately and runs fantastic. As I said, clutch is almost new. Shifter is sloppy but it goes into all gears easily, like butter. It just has side to side play. No warning lights. Brakes etc work great. AC works. It only weighs 1900lbs, so it's a go kart. It also gets incredible mpg.
