1993 Honda Civic Additional Info:
This well loved 1993 Honda was purchased brand-new by my high school English teacher. Shortly after the purchase, she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. She put about 20 thousand miles on the car and then parked it in the garage. I was her friend and tried to buy the car from her several times. She just asked me to drive the car and keep it maintained, which I did. The car was parked in a garage and about once a week I would drive it, get the oil changed, etc…The original owner bought the car with air-conditioning as an option. No radio has ever been installed.
A few years ago, the head gasket failed, so I took it to my buddy who owns Autograff Motor Werks in Salt Lake City, UT. He recommended we replace all the seals and gaskets that we could, so we did. We also had the timing belt and water pump changed out. My friend has since passed away and left the car to me. I’ve put about 35K on the car, and it has always been great. It is painful for me to let it go, but I just got another car and I can’t have two.
Overall the car is in amazing condition, but does have a few dings and small roadrash. The pictures tell the story. The inside of the car could use a detailing, and the carpet could be shampooed. Photo #9 shows a small dent by the door handle.
I work at "Beehive Legal" in Salt Lake City. You are welcome to Google, then ask for Scott...I'm open to receiving phone calls. Thx!
