1993 Honda Civic SI Additional Info:
I have owned this clean Del Sol for about a year and a half. I am moving and simply need to sell it as I can't have it where I am going to live. This sweetie is about as good as it gets. Uses no oil and does not smoke. Has great acceleration. New muffler and tail pipe. Battery only a few months old. Has a great Sony AM/FM CD player. I was told the speakers (4) are Kenwood but I am not sure on that. Surprisingly roomy trunk. Even has good room with Targa top cradled as the rack can be raised with the top in it. Two locking boxes behind seats. One wear spot on driver seat has been sewn. Minor rust spots on back fenders and some minor surface rust on engine. The only significant issue for this car is common to Del Sols. The Targa top sometimes leaks on the driver side. I was NOT told this by the dealer I purchased this car from. This car is VERY light and should not be driven during heavy rain anyway. (In my opinion) Should be kept under cover unless you intend to have the seals replaced. If you like the Del Sol models (only 93-97 I think) then you can likely live with this as I have as it is best considered a fair weather car. In the interest of honesty I am advising this top WILL leak as it is. I simply keep it covered when it might rain.
