Additional Info:

To say this thing thing is custom would be an understatement. No expense was spared when this was refinished in the mid 2000s.Take a look at the photos and you get an idea of what went into it. There's about 80k in receipts and that's not including most of the labor that went into refinishing the cabin. I have about 6-7 binders filled with the info on every system on board, including service and parts manuals.
So here's the story. It was built by a retired America's Cup sailor who refinished the entire rig from the ground up.The GMC motorhome was in his opinion the ultimate coach so he set about modernizing one with the best technology of the era.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- new 454 motor, automatic transmission, exhaust system...with headers!- washer/ dryer combo unit- dishwasher- rooftop A/C- 2 burner stove- Italian hand pull expresso machine- central vacuum system- projector with drop down projection screen- complete high-end stereo system with USB and multi disk changer- alarm system with remote locks- satellite connectivity and entertainment- integrated multi monitor set up for personal computer connectivity to the rear cabin- independent electric leveling jacks with remote control (can lift the entire rig off the ground and can be done from outside)- professional household grade multi phase water filtration system- on board compressors for maintaining ride height and tire pressure- extensive recessed lighting with dimmers and remotes throughout the cabin (can control the entire cabin lights from bedroom panel)- massive battery banks for prolonged periods off grid- massive professional grade generator- dual captains chairs with independent desk power and lighting controls
I'm sure i'm missing some stuff but this thing pretty much has it all. Somethings are a little date - sattelite and 9 pin connectors for the monitors but the ground work is all there. I was using this as a cabin in South Lake Tahoe a few years back but tore my meniscus so haven't been doing much riding and this has been sitting in storage since that time. I was checking it out the other day and had a bit of a hard time getting it going - I was told it was fuel delivery issue so it may need a new pump and to have the tanks flushed - there are dual tanks and they're in the back so it's a quit a ways for the fuel to get up to the engine. Also when we started it up it was make a rattling noise which the guy said was likely a lifter or a rod. So I'm selling this for this price with the understanding that it will need a bit of work. In top shape this would be 80k plus rig so keep that in mind.
I'd prefer cash but I'm open to ideas that include cash + American muscle cars, trucks, 4x4 vans, old Harley and sports cars and also music equipment like vintage guitars, synths, mics etc.
I also have a compete 4 panel solar set up that I purchased for the rig but never installed - including deep cycle high power lithium batteries - so that can be considered as well. There's a lot of storage on this thing and between solar and the batteries someone could live off grid indefinitely.
