1971 GMC Longhorn Custom C2500 — $32,500
Located in Hartwell, Georgia. Clean title in my name.
GMC Longhorn Custom ¾-ton Wideside pickup with an 8½-foot bed, 402-cubic-inch big-block V8 with four-barrel carburetor, TH400 automatic transmission, and factory air conditioning. Runs and drives well.
The odometer reads 89,465 miles. The previous owner rebuilt the engine at 87,850, putting approximately 1,615 miles on it since the rebuild. He confirmed matching numbers when he sold me the truck, and a mechanic has since confirmed them as well. Engine block casting number: 3969854.
Equipment includes Flowmaster dual exhaust, PerTronix ignition, a custom-curved distributor, rebuilt carburetor, 16-inch slotted mag wheels, towing mirrors, rear hitch and towing wiring, sway bar with replaced bushings, and a replaced master cylinder. It also has a chrome bumper and braces, polished grille, and a ¾-inch marine plywood bed floor with hardware. The glass is good.
The truck has an older metallic-brown repaint over its original orange-and-white factory colors. The finish shows age, wear, and patina. There is localized rust-through beneath the battery area, which the inspecting mechanic attributed to an old leaking battery.
Updated photos and additional details will be posted shortly, after I receive further information from the mechanic.
Sold as-is. Serious purchase inquiries only. Inspections are welcome by appointment. More photos and videos, including undercarriage, are available. Reasonable offers will be considered after inspection; lowball offers will not receive a response.
