You are looking at a very straight and mechanically sound GM square body truck. This truck has been gone through front to rear mechanically and has had some interior upgrades as well. Truck has dual tanks, factory dual batteries, heavy duty cooling, the 454 big block V8 with heavy duty automatic transmission, rebuilt 10 ½” rear.

This was a father / son project until my son switched gears to a half ton step side.

Some interior things it needs: the radio / stereo system is just basic but it's hooked up, the wing windows leak at higher speeds and a paint job. We had powder coated the wheel wells, battery trays, upper radiator support, air cleaner, engine brackets and pullies. You could drive this truck anywhere, although with 4.10 gears, don't plan on breaking any speed records!

Additionally, I have a rebuilt 4L80E that will be available with the truck, it is now for sale separately. It includes a remanufactured torque converted, the converter dust cover (the aluminum type), the dipstick and dipstick tube assembly.

This truck would be ripe for an aftermarket fuel injection system and that FI system would make a great platform for adding the 4L80E transmission controller.
