had a run of fifteen years and are known by fans as the "Square Body", which is
pretty funny considering GM used the "Rounded-Line" moniker highlighting the
pickup's rounded styling cues such as the rounded windshield corners and cab
corners. There was a long wheel base, short wheel base with two boxes to
choose from, the fleetside and stepside. There were several engine options
during that time ranging from gasoline powered 6-cylinders, V8's and diesels.
This example benefits from a wonderful brown (driver quality) respray, beautiful
oak wood bed and full mechanical refresh. It is powered by a GM Crate 350 v8
with new Edelbrock carburetor and mated to an automatic transmission. The
truck runs and shifts as it should. This is a well equipped example, highlights
include power steering, power brakes and factory air (now disconnected) 15
inch wheels, bench seat, single fuel tank, tilt steering wheel, and retro stereo.
This truck is in great condition both inside and out as well as mechanically!
Don't miss your opportunity to own this square body classic.
