1972 GMC 1500C Additional Info:

1972 GMC Sierra 1500, very original truck with some new upgrades. ROY’S GMC a real survivor, first time being offered for sale! Includes a new crate 350 engine with less than 1000 miles, upgraded RV cam, Hooker headers and new exhaust to the rear. Sounds beautiful! New suspension front and rear. Lowered 4” and handles like a dream. New brake booster and lines, pads, rotors. Runs perfectl! Great driving truck that runs strong and smooth.

My Dad purchased the truck new off the showroom in Dyersburg, Tennessee and it spent most of its time on our farm in West Tennessee. Later, I moved him to Colorado then to Montana where it is currently located. It's never seen salt or driven in snow, with very little rocker and cab corner rust that's endemic to these trucks.

Exterior: In 1989 a complete paint job was completed in Boulder, Colorado. SEE MAIN PHOTO. After 33 years you can see thedeterioration of the clear-coat and paint. Good original glass with a small crack on driver’s side. Many extra GMC parts are included. See list included with description.

Interior: Clean, original, very nice and for a 1972. This truck is well above average,A/C, tilt-wheel, lighted glove box, and includes original Delco AM radio! Carpet and seat cover have been replaced and in very good condition, and easily upgraded for owner’s preference. See the list of new interior parts in the list.

Mechanical: VERY GOOD! Starts excellent, runs, and drives extremely well. New engine with less than 1000 miles, very strong runner. No issues that haven’t been repaired or replaced as of this date.
