1972 GMC Jimmy Additional Info:

1972 GMC Jimmy, Medium blue, 350 V8 Automatic transmission. What a fun rig this has been for us. It looks as good in person, as it does in the pictures, and drives better. The 350 V8 was rebuilt, with a new Edlebrock carburetor added. The turbo 350 transmission was rebuilt as well, and shifts perfectly. All lights and turn signals work as well. It has a soft top from softopper, and in very good shape. I have the hard top for it, it is in good condition, however the rear lift gate it broken, glass is good, but lift gate needs replacement. Not an issue for me, I use it with the top down only, and keep it in the garage. Reliable vehicle, ready for a road trip or tailgate.

I wanted to add, I don't think the mileage is accurate. Just had to put something down, the odometer does work. Paint and Body work was done 3 years ago, it had a little rust, or surface rust on about every panel, except hood. Had panels replaced so it has new front fenders, rockers, tailgate. and left and right rear wheel upper arch, and both doors. The floor is in good shape, a little surface rust where floor and body meet, see pictures. I have one area of rust on the inside of the windshield that I have added a picture of, (not very visible with sun visors). There is also one scratch on the driver door(picture included). The wheels are 15x8 Summit racing, I had powder coated a custom "off white color" The tires are newer Firestone destinations 31" x 10.5, in great shape. I always liked the stock look, to I went with the steel wheels. It has dual exhuast with turbo muffler, just a nice rumble to it.
