1959 GMC Other Additional Info:

1959 GMC 100 Truck - This truck was exported to Mexico when it was new, brought back to the US years later and was restored. We purchased this truck from a dealer in California at Barrett Jackson. This is a nice, older restoration on a very solid truck. Engine is a GMC 6-Cylinder with a 4-Speed transmission. Truck was heater-delete from the factory, there is a new radio and speakers from Custom Auto Sound.
This truck drives like a 1959, steering is good, brakes stop well, all lights and wipers are working. The speedometer is in kilometers. The overall body of the truck is straight, with nice fitting doors. Other than some rust repair under both cab corners, the cab floor is very solid and we don't see signs of any other repair. The wood in the bed was restored to OE GM quality. Frame looks good, truck has new shocks and a battery. This truck can be enjoyed as it, or its a great candidate for a street-rod update!
