This is a very nice 2 owner 1985 GMC Sierra short bed, 305 V8 Automatic. This is a southern truck and has no rust and is as nice as you will find. This truck was purchased from a 70 year old man who only drove the truck locally in a small Northern Georgia town since he purchased the truck from the original owner in 1998. The exterior is in good shape for the age. The interior is very nice with clean carpet and original upholstery but the original headliner will need replaced. This truck has been maintained very well and everything works as it should including the electric windows and AC. The truck starts right up in cold weather with the operational electric choke. The power steering is smooth and the brakes stop smoothly. The transmission shifts very smoothly as it should. The only mechanical issue to consider if you call it an issue is the smog pump belt has been removed and the EGR valves have been disconnected. We drove this truck 150 miles home on the Interstate at 70-75 mph with no problems. We would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere! This truck still has it's original exhaust from the factory intact! You don't find them like this very often so act fast and don't miss out on one of the good ones!
