Up for grabs is my 1953 GMC 100 Half ton Short bed Shop Truck. It has a really strong used 350 motor mild built with small cam and 350 turbo transmission with mild shift kit, Flowmaster mufflers for a good sound, The truck is sitting on a later model S10 chassis correct wheel base (non cut). The truck has power steering, power brakes, turn signals, it starts and runs fantastic with lots of power! The truck has many newer parts, Edelbrock carb, radiator, electric fan, 18" wheels and tires all have lass then 200 miles on them, seat has been recovered, has a Lokar Shifter. The cab floor has all been covered with dynamat material and floor mat installed. The windshield and back glass were installed new with new rubber, along with tinted glass door glass, wing glass and back glass (NOTE there are 2 small cracks in the corner of driver glass about 2" long that happened when we installed the glass, I will send a replacement glass to the winning bidder with the truck). The outside of the truck has been tinted clear coated over the original patina. The rest of the body has MANY dents and dings all over and could use lower cab corners if a person wanted. The gauges are original and NOT hooked up, it does have a set of gauges left of the steering column for oil psi, temp and volts. Inside bed has new wood on floor with bed liner material sides, the access to the fuel cell is in ther front driver side area of the bed. The truck also has an era correct original Folton visor (not china repop) The truck was built to be a driver more then a show truck, it would make a great shop truck, show and go or even a daily driver for somebody! This truck is super reliable and drives, stops great with the later model chassis, gets tons of attention everywhere it goes. It does have many squeaks and rattles as you would expect out of a 64 year old truck. The ol truck isn't perfect so don't expect it to be, but it is reliable.
