1977 GMC Sierra 1500 Additional Info:
For sale is a 1977 GMC equipped with a 2002 V8 Vortec motor with less than 90,000 miles. I've listed as many details as possible below but welcome any questions. I've owned this truck for about 6 months and have driven it daily. Thank you!
* Motor - LS1 Vortec V8 2002, fuel injection, computer controlled, 89,000 original miles (mileage given on motor has not been substantiated but was provided to me by the builder of this truck)
* Exterior - NO RUST, new paint, new bed, new doghouse (1983), Cab (1977), Hood scoop, Tailgate fastened to chains, Step side bed, 4" Steel rear bumper, Slightly tinted windows
* Parts & Accessories - New dual exhaust, glass packs, Shift kit, auto transmission, 4x4 Manual lock out equipped and working, 3" lift, new tires and wheels (33"), Heater works well, wipers work with two speeds.
* WORK NEEDED - Not much is needed on this one but there is NO A/C and all parts pertaining to the a/c have been removed. There is no RADIO. The gas gauge works but the tank is empty when you reach 1/4 tank. You can leave it like that or fix the float arm inside the tank. The front turn signals and headlamps work fine but the rear turn signals just flash like hazard lights. I'm sure this is nothing but a fuse or relay switch but as of today not fixed yet. Also, you must put gas in the tank by putting pump handle under the rear quarter panel. This truck sits high so it's nothing more than a minor inconvenience but a mechanic could easily fix this. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns. Thank you.
