1949 GMC CAB OVER DIESEL Additional Info:

I bought this truck nearly complete about 2 years ago----have driven it almost daily with these modifications---new starter & solenoid---new battery---new ignition switch----4 inch block above rear spring & 1 leaf in front spring to raise it up and stop dragging----it has been trouble free----custom made 2x3 frame-----49 GMC cab over body--Nissan fork lift diesel engine--Datsun 5 speed trans.-----9 ford inch rear with 300 gears---door windows are lexan & snap in & out----short wheelbase, but does not ride bad----no shimmy or bump steer---16 inch big & little repo firestone pie crust tires are still like new----it is a rat rod & has it's quirks---right hand steer takes a while to get used to----no major problems----drag link needs shortened about 3 inches, it turns a little sharper one way but it does not bother me----BEST RAT ROD at every show it has been in------listed in several places----it will sell----CALL FOR INFO.--870-324-4124-----last photo was before it was raised up---870-324-4124
