1966 Ford Mustang Additional Info:
Up for auction is my 1966 Classic Mustang Convertible which I have maintained on collector plates for the last 10 years. Note that I get positive thumbs up when out driving as people appreciate the beauty of a classic mustang. It has some imperfections of course for being over 50 years old. The paint could eventually be redone as there are some slight surface scratches and it is more than 20 years since it was done. The lines are straight and doors fit well. I believe the engine is the original one and runs well but does have a minor leak around the oil and transmission pans. The convertible top is original but does have a couple of tears that could be fixed or the whole assembly could eventually be replaced. The interior and exterior have been redone from the original scheme and there is a slight tear on the drivers seat on the seam which could easily be repaired. Passenger side window sticks slightly when rolling. Electronics generally work but reverse lights are not working properly.
It has won a couple of awards locally but with some time could be changed into a more global show winner but unfortunately the time has come for me to pass it on to someone else that will enjoy it.
