With not much change in the styling of the Ford in the post-war model years, 1948 was the final year for the old-style Ford, with an all-new model launched partway through the year. The 48' shared a similar body style as the 1947 Ford line, with the parking lights being moved from above the grill to below each headlight, horns were also moved to in front of the radiator from the engine compartment and exterior moldings were changed from grooved to a smooth design. This particular 48' Ford is equipped with a ground stomping 454 C.I.D V8 that is comfortably shifted by a 3 speed automatic transmission. With that powerful combination, the gorgeous Crème coated exterior and Buckskin leather interior isn't the only characteristics drawing you in.
