1952 Ford Other Pickups Additional Info:
1952 Ford F-1 Pickup. This is a true Barn Find. It is an Original Survivor. It is very complete, correct and original. It appears to only be missing the original keys, radio and bed wood. This truck has been sitting in an old garage for years. With a little elbow grease and some gas, it started! The truck has the 6 cylinder engine with 3 speed manual transmission with the shifter on the column. You will want to go through the brake system and replace the tires before putting her on the road. Truck cab is very solid. Cab Floor is great! Seat is worn but still nice. Gauges are good. All Glass is in the truck. The rear window is the only broken glass. Most of the Headliner is gone. Cab Corners are solid. Door Bottoms are pretty solid, but there is a small hole on the bottom of the driver's door. Front Fenders have the typical rust for this model. Hood has some rust but is pretty solid. Bed Box is good. The Rear Fenders are pretty solid, but have some rust. Tail Gate is good with some rust along the bottom edge. The Wooden Bed Floor is gone. Running Boards have rust holes. Wheels, Tires, Trim Rings and Hub Caps are original old Ford style. The tires are old and dry rotted. They hold air, but aren't really good enough to be on the road. The bottom line is that you can drive this truck around the farm the way it is. With a little work, you can probably drive it anywhere. The nice thing about this truck is that it is original and very complete. Almost everything, including the oil bath air cleaner is still with it. It's hard to find them in this condition. Usually someone has cut them up or modified them in some way.The truck is being listed with no reserve. No Reserve. It sells to the highest bidder no matter the price. I may be able to assist with delivery, for a fee, within a couple hundred miles of Canton, Ohio. I will try to answer any questions through email. I have more pictures.
