Convertible Galaxie XL. Lots of fun, great driver!

1968 Ford Galaxie Additional Info:

There was some collision damage to the hood and front bumper and grill. The repairs are not bad for a driver and the hide away headlamp system works well. The hood opens and closes as it should and the grill and marker lights are in good shape. There have been rust repairs that are good and there are some that will require some work. The interior is in really good shape for the age of the car. There was amouse nest in the rear seat-under the seat bottom that was removed and cleaned. No holes in the seats and was mostly confined tothere backing material and some of the padding. The convertible top is functional but not perfect. There are some stitchespulling out and the zipper around the rear glass is broken. The top operates under power and the drivers side cylinder leakshydraulic fluid-you canusually get the top down and back up twicebefore needing to refill the pump. Brakes are manual drum and in good condition, brake lines have been replaced. Power steering works and linkage is in good condition. This car has been in storage for the last few years but should be ready for cruising withe just some basic clean up and maintenance. I have nothing to hide about this car and will be happy to answer any questions. This car is a project but is able to be drivenwhile its being fixed up. Pleasecheck out the photos I have posted these are all current and are a true representation of the car. Cruising around town in this car with the top down is a great time and I have been hesitant to sell but I cannot devote the time or money needed to maintain andenjoy this car.
