Bought car from widow of the man who partially restored it - The interior (except for the rear bench seat) is almost new, top is in great shape, chrome and glass are in very good shape and the car is straight as an arrow (no sign of major accident)Starts and runs very well. Have driven it for at least 150 miles and had it up to 70 mph without straining the engine or transmission.Power convertible top works flawlessly.Redo the back bench, and repaint the car and you will have a beautiful looking, nicely running Fairlane 500 Convertible.
