1942 Ford Coupe
All steel body and frame-off restored. Comes with photo album & receipts documenting the restoration process. The frame and it’s components were all powder coated and a Heidt’s “Super Ride II” front end was added along with disc brakes, 8” Ford with leaf spring conversion all rolling on a set of BFG radial wide whitewall tires. The body features one piece fenders and hood (seams removed) and refinished in Sapphire Blue Metallic base/clear. Power comes from a really cool looking and great sounding 42 model Flathead V8 (built by Bob Baxter). It features adjustable lifters, Isky cam, dual Stromberg 97’s, Offenhauser intake manifold, MSD ignition, full flow oil system ran through a new powder coated exhaust system. Other features include a C4 automatic transmission w/cooler, Walker high volume radiator, European leather with custom carpet, finished trunk, Vintage A/C & heat, chrome tilt steering column with reduced diameter Lecarra wheel, Classic Auto Meter gauges & JVC sound system.
With limited production during the war, a 1942 model anything is difficult to come by. This car was professionally done with no expense spared.
