Cruising time is here! This is a darn nice 65yr old Shoebox. It has a flathead V-8 that is so quiet you can barely hear it run. It drives nice and doors shut very well. Speedo shows 65K but who knows, runs like it. Sounds like a sewing machine. 3 on the tree. Still 6v system(fresh oil and filter) he had a 12v battery in the trunk to run radio and cb and horn.
I bought from an estate to sell. It could use a headliner. I can only guess theshinypaint job was done in the 80s maybe 90s from what Igather and is very nice.
There are some rust bubbles on the Drivers door front corner, and the lower valance below the back bumper, and tiny bubbles on top not around window but behind the window on the seam. Considering the age of the paint it looks very good and I am picky. The rockers, trunk, and floors are solid, but the inner rockers are rusty, outers are great. The floors and the frame are great! It shows very well and the chrome is good. Great shape for it's age.
I would say little rust. You would not be ashamed to drive this car anywhere. I heard the ole boy took it up Pikes Peak. It has Coker radial wide white tires. 60% or better.Cash or cleared cashiers check only.show contact info
