Up for auction is a 1963 1/2 Ford falcon futura Sprint. This car has all its original body panels that are in excellent condition. There is no rust through or body rot anywhere on the car. All floor pans, rockers, quarters, doors, fenders, frame rails, and trunk are solid as a rock. There is surface rust as you can see in the photos on hood and roof but is very light and has no pitting.
Car has the original 260 engine in it that runs strong and jumps to life with a flick of the key.Original 3 speed trans that was on the column now floor mounted.
Original 9" rear axle is still in car.
Interior is all there (except for radio) but needs to be redone. Car will need carpet and headliner also.
Both factory front and rear bumpers have been rechromed and look great.
Car does start and drive but needs a little tlc to make it a good driver. It currently has headers on it but no exhaust system. The clutch pedal is slow returning back from floor so it makes it a little hard to drive. All new brakes and lines have been put on car but I think it needs a master cylinder as pedal is not as good as it should be.
Overall this is a great little project for someone to finish. It needs NO RUST repair done but just a little mechanical work to make a cool little hotrod.
Please come see the car in person or send someone to see it. You wont be disappointed.
