1985 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 HO EFI

This Fox Body Hatchback Mustang LX needs absolutely nothing. It's a collector now but can be a daily driver. A real blast to drive. Arizona car no rust anywhere above or below.

Some records from previous two owners but not much known about the history other than that. Obviously well maintained and from what I can tell from looking at the engine, I'd guess it has had a professional rebuild as it's extremely clean, engine paint color does not appear to be original but not sure, possibly the High Output 5.0 had a different color but almost certain that 1985 302's were painted grey and this one is a matte black. This 5.0 HO performs better than any stock 302 from this era I've owned.

302 ci V-8 High Output EFI. Dual Exhaust. Regular Maintenance just done: Fresh Oil, Air Filter, PCV Valve, Breather and Breather Filter. Excellent running. Cold AC. AC is converted to R134.

New Hankook Optimo H724 Tires 215/70's one step up in size from OEM, less than 200 miles on them.

Updated Interior includes pristine seats and carpet and a brand new set of running horse floor mats. Dash and all interior plastic are excellent, no sun damage, cracks, etc. Cruise Control, Power Windows and Locks all work flawlessly. All Glass is tinted with no tint flaws.

Exterior features original Oxford White upper body. When I got this Mustang it had shallow scrapes/dings on both rear wheel wells which I filled with glazing and touched up this and some other spots where paint was chipped with matching touch up paint. These small repairs are amateurish as I'm not a skilled body man. However, they don't really show up in the pics and aren't noticeable unless you know where to look and get right up on them.

Just had Arizona Emissions completed day of listing, good to go for AZ buyers. Listed locally but reserve on this auction is well below my asking price.
