This is a COE that was used as a hay hauler quite sometime ago. It was sold to another individual that wanted to use it as a marketing tool. It passed to another person who then sold.it to me. Possibly a flip. I know it was used by the prior two people. When I bought it, it had not run for 15 or 20 years. It started and ran normally for me so I know it runs and probably would drive but the clutch linkage is frozen and would need work. The flat bed is long gone but the tilt actuator is still on the truck and is driven by a PTO. Cool truck for anyone interested. I do not have a title for it but in the state of Texas, it would not be hard to get.
