This car is ingreat shape with a NEW engine and tranny. This is a definite head-turner. Ithas the look. The ghost flames on the hood are a subtle touch to the beast thatlies within. No matter where we go, people stop and ask about the Ranchero.Stoplights, grocery stores, and gas stations - heads turn, and fans give us thethumbs up or offer positive comments. The sound of the engine sounds awesomefrom the dual exhaust. The engine power is well above a stock 302 V8. The powerlies you back in the custom electric bucket seats. It has never been (dyno)tested to obtain a horsepower rating. We did take it to a mechanic and have ittuned to be a daily driver. The wife primarily drives this every other day toand from work. So, with that being said, the 600W Sony Xplod system is too muchof a stereo. I usually had the stereo system a bit loud to win over the roar of
the engine! Speaking of which, sometimes it’s just as awesome while driving,listening to the hum of the engine with the stereo off. When I drive this car,my hair grows back, I decrease in age, and all the ladies are looking at me!Not much room behind the seats because the Xplod system and two large thumperstake up much of the room.
